A 31-year-old man will appear in court today after an alleged attempted abduction in the predominantly nationalist Ardoyne area of north Belfast.
The man, who was arrested yesterday, will answer four charges at Belfast Magistrates Court. He will be charged with threatening to kill, attempting to unlawfully imprisonment, kidnapping and assault causing actual bodily harm.
The incident happened on the Crumlin Road near the Ardoyne shops on Wednesday afternoon.
