A man was found beheaded on a street in north London today after police were called to reports of a serious incident.
Police said they had found the body of man in his 60s in the Swiss Cottage area of the British capital.
"He was beheaded," a police spokesman said. "We think it was done with an axe."
A man was arrested at the scene and is being questioned.
