A man has been hospitalised following a shooting incident in Dundalk this afternoon.
The man in his 30s was taken to Louth County Hospital and is believed to have suffered a gunshot wound to his side.
The incident happened at around 2pm at a funeral at St Patrick's Cemetery in Dowdallshill.
The man's injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
