A man was injured last night in a drive by shooting in Ballymoney, Co Antrim.
The victim was treated at the scene of the shooting in Main Street for a thigh wound and taken to hospital, however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
A car was discovered on fire by police later in the town's Lisnagat Road.
A police spokeswoman said officers were not treating the incident as sectarian. A loyalist source dismissed claims the shooting was the result of a feud between rival factions.
