A 21-year-old man charged with the manslaughter of a teenager and seriously injuring another was acquitted of both offences yesterday after a Cork Circuit Court judge told the jury to find him not guilty. Mr Mark Saleh wept as Judge Patrick Moran ordered the jury to find him not guilty of unlawfully killing Peter Condon (17) and the assault on Anthony Casey, now 19, outside his house in Glanmire, Co Cork, on September 20th, 1998.
