CAMBRIDGE, Massachusetts - Prosecutors said on Tuesday yesterday that they would charge an 18-year-old British nanny with murder, two days after a nine-month-old boy left in her cared died at a hospital from head injuries.

Louise Woodward, 18, of Chester, England, was already being held on $100,000 bail on a charge of assault. She was arrested a day after the infant, Matthew Eappen, was taken to Children's Hospital in Boston. He died late on Sunday.
