Older people are often unaware of public services available to improve their quality of life, a study has found.
The report by Older Bolder, an association of eight NGOs, also found that many older people who do know of services are unsure how to access them.
“Caught in the Web”, launched yesterday by Ombudsman Emily O’Reilly, highlights the obstacles many older people face when attempting to access public services.
