A wealthy businessman's childminder was shot dead today in the courtyard of his Georgian mansion in Northern Ireland. Detectives later arrested a man, a civil servant, who works for the Police Service.
The house at Buckna Road, Broughshane, near Ballymena, Co Antrim, belongs to a wealthy businessman who owns several race horses.
It is not known if he or other relatives were on the property at the time of the shooting.
