Singapore - A marathon operation to part Nepali twins joined at the head is set to run into a fifth day today as teams of doctors work round the clock to separate the myriad veins joining the girls' brains.
A Singapore General Hospital spokeswoman said that the operation to separate 11-month-old Ganga and Jamuna Shrestha, would continue into this morning. The spokeswoman said earlier the twins, who share the same skull and went into surgery for the rare operation on Friday afternoon, were doing well.
