SUPERMODEL Caprice Bourret (24) was robbed by a gang of youths as she returned home after visiting a friend in London on Sunday night.

Earlier this year the former Wonderbra girl was plagued by phone calls from a woman who threatened to cut the model's face.

Caprice is the latest celebrity to suffer from street gang robbers. Estee Lauder model and actress Liz Hurley was set upon in November 1994 by a gang who stole cash and photographs from her.

The Spice Girls infuriated Maori cultural experts by fooling around with the Ka Mate haka the version of the dance used by the All Blacks rugby team on a visit to Bali last week. The girls tried the haka in front of about 100 fans, after two New Zealanders offered to show them the war dance.

But Maori leaders said it was not the group's place to attempt the haka, which is traditionally performed only by men.

Mandy Allwood (32) and her lover Paul Hudson yesterday said they hope her new pregnancy is successful even if it turns out that she is again expecting more than one baby.

Allwood, who lost all eight babies in a multiple pregnancy last October, insisted she was not seeking publicity or media cash this time around.
