Two Co Offaly friends who died in a road accident in Perth, Australia, last Sunday will be buried on Monday. The remains of Mr Alan Kilroy (36), of High Street, Tullamore, will arrive at Dublin Airport at 2.30 p.m. today, from where they will be taken to the Church of the Assumption, Tullamore, arriving at 5.30 p.m.
Tomorrow the remains of Mr John Dwane (33), of Pearse Park, Tullamore, will also be taken from Dublin Airport to the Church of the Assumption, arriving at 4.30 p.m.
Both men will be buried on Monday. Mr Dwane's funeral will take place to Clonminch Cemetery following 11 a.m. Requiem Mass, while the funeral of Mr Kilroy will take place to Durrow Cemetery following 1 p.m. Requiem Mass.
