Police in Armagh have not ruled out a racist motive for a petrol bomb attack on a house in the city last night.
The house, in Alexander Park, was attacked at around 8 p.m. last night, when the front living room window was broken and two devices hurled inside. One of the bombs caused scorch damage to the living room, while the second failed to ignite.
It is believed that two men and a woman from Lithuania are living in the property. They were not injured in the incident. A number of items were removed by police for forensic examination.
Chief Inspector Hugh Hume said he was appalled by the incident. "I strongly condemn this attack which could easily have resulted in death or serious injury."
