Penfield Enterprises Ltd, publishers of Phoenix magazine, has undertaken to the High Court not to print any article relating to the former Dublin assistant city manager, Mr George Redmond, which would be in breach of the sub judice rule or which would be calculated to interfere with the course of justice.
Proceedings against the magazine, alleging contempt of court, had been initiated by the DPP arising from an article published last April.
