Three raiders robbed a quantity of cash from a filling station in Kilmacanougue, Co Wicklow, this morning
The men confronted staff at the station shortly before 11am before escaping with a sum of money in a Honda Civic car.
Gardaí later found the car abandoned roughly 1km from the scene.
The raiders were described as wearing high visibility vests and hemlets and one was carrying a weapon believed to be a handgun.
Nobody was injured during the raid.
Gardaí at Bray are appealing for witnesses.
