A convicted rapist who admitted petrol bombing the RUC during the first of the Apprentice Boys' marches along Belfast's Ormeau Road in April has been jailed for three years.
Belfast Crown Court heard yesterday that Desmond Doak (25), jailed for 14 years in 1986 for rape and attempted murder, was identified from a police video during rioting on the Ormeau Bridge, after the RUC had stopped the march.
