Former Dublin assistant county manager Mr George Redmond has agreed to provide details of certain bank accounts to the Flood tribunal, the High Court was told yesterday.
Last month, counsel for the tribunal said Mr Redmond had failed to comply with three orders for discovery made by the tribunal on January 26th, February 18th and April 19th.
Yesterday, Mr Justice Geoghegan was told Mr Redmond was consenting to the order from January 26th and would put in an affidavit regarding it. It relates to details being sought of bank accounts held by Mr Redmond in 1988 and 1989.
Proceedings relating to the two other orders for discovery were adjourned for two weeks.
