Atmosphere: One of the best festival experiences is when you see a small tent like this fill to capacity during the duration of a new band¹s set. And that's what happened when this Aussie band made their Irish debut.

High: The Jezabels have a number of aces in the pack. There¹s lead singer Hayley May, a wonderfully dramatic figure with a superb, majestic voice. There's the band, a mean machine of top-drawer players who've honed their chops with a couple of years of gigging. And then, there are the tunes like Endless Summer, beautifully pitched and emotional big-room anthems in the making. All of these were present and correct.

Low: None whatsoever. They came, they saw, they made us eager to hear more.

Verdict: The Sound Of 2012, especially when people get to hear their Prisoner debut album.

Quote: "They're the best band I've seen this weekend" (random awe-struck punter in the audience).
