Mr Greg Sweeney, owner of O'Brien's Sandwich Bar, Dun Laoghaire Shopping Centre, Co Dublin, pleaded guilty to 11 breaches of food health and safety regulations.

Dublin District Court heard that chicken, fish and mayonnaise were stored in cabinets at temperatures well above the maximum limit of 5.
