The RUC has said today an incident, which resulted in a man and woman jumping from the window of their first floor flat last Friday, was motivated by sectarianism.
The pair jumped from their flat after a number of youths kicked down their front door at Tyross Gardens in Armagh at about 12.10 a.m.
The RUC said they jumped "fearing for their lives".
Neither was injured but both are said to have suffered from shock.
The youths ransacked the flat once inside. The RUC is appealing for information relating to the incident.
