No one was hurt when part of a multi-storey car park under construction at South William Street, Dublin, collapsed at about 6 p.m. yesterday.

One worker on the site said that he had been walking through the area where a reinforced concrete panel fell just seconds earlier. "I heard the crash and then the crane driver shouted to me what had happened", he said.
