A number of shots have been fired at a house in Dublin's south inner city overnight.
The occupants of the house at Our Lady's Road, Goldenbridge, heard a motorcycle pull up outside the house at around 12.20 a.m.
Several shots were fired at the front door of the house. No injuries were reported.
The area has been sealed off and a technical examination will be carried out by gardaí this morning.
