The man regarded by many as the greatest musical poet of the 20th century and one of the most influential figures in pop music is playing two dates in Dublin next week in what seems like add-ons on his Never Ending Tour schedule. It's been three years since Time Out Of Mind, a record that proved he was far from a spent force. His live gigs depend on what his band is like and how good a shape his voice is in, and in truth they can either be dodgy affairs altogether or the complete opposite. Dylan (right) plays Dublin's Vicar Street on Wednesday September 13 and The Point the following day. The latter could be good, the former will be special.
