BONN - East German spy master, Markus Wolf (73), already cleared of treason charges, goes on trial for the second time tomorrow, this time accused of Cold War kidnappings. The trial is a last effort to bring him to overturned an earlier conviction for treason.
It said he could not be convicted for spying from East Berlin on what was then a foreign country West Germany.
