LONDON - Mr Colin Stagg, the man acquitted of murdering Rachel Nickell on Wimbledon Common, last night was considering taking legal action over publication of evidence in the Mail on Sunday that the judge at his trial had ruled inadmissible. At one point yesterday, the angry Mr Stagg set fire to a copy of the paper and threw it outside his London flat.
