I reckon Ursula Ferrigno will shortly be given the keys to Carlingford, since she as become a popular and frequent visitor to the town to give demonstrations and talks. Well, she is back again, to the Carlingford Cookery School at Ghan House, this time conducting an Italian experience in a different format.

Next Saturday, at 7.30 p.m., Ferrigno will host an Italian gourmet dinner. This will be an eight-course meal, and each course will be run through with talks about the region the dish originates in, specific ingredients and anecdotes about Italian life. The dinner costs £50. On the Sunday, Ferrigno will give a demonstration beginning at 10 a.m., followed by lunch at 1 p.m. The cost of £38 includes lunch.
