Limerick Gardai are questioning three people in connection with the Limerick gangland murder of Kieran Keane.
It is understood that two men, arrested in the Kileely area of Limerick city on Saturday night, are members of one of the families involved in a bitter feud in the city.
They were being questioned by detectives last night under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act. Under this act they can be held for 72 hours.
A woman arrested in the Limerick area last night is also being questioned.
Some 19 people have now been arrested as part of the investigation into the Keane murder and related incidents.
The gang leader was shot dead in an "execution syle" killing on January 29th. His nephew, Mr Owen Treacy, narrowly survived death in a knife attack.
