Three in custody after shooting

A 33-year-old man who was shot in the foot at a bus-stop in Blanchardstown, Dublin, shortly after 4.30p.m. Saturday was discharged from hospital yesterday.

Two men ands a woman, arrested shortly afterwards under section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, remained in custody last night. A third man was released without charge.

Gardai described the attack as "local feud", ruling out organised crime involvement.
