The three people who were being questioned in relation to the death of a Slovakian man in Dublin last night have been released without charge and file will be sent to the DPP.
The 32-year old man died in Mater Hospital shortly before 10 p.m. yesterday after being taken from a house in Cabra Park in Phibsboro.
Ealeir today the results of a post mortem indicated that the man died as a result of head injuries.
Gardaí have launched a full scale murder enquiry into the man's death.

The two men in their 20s and one woman in her 30s were arrested this morning in connection with the incident.
Gardaí have appealed for any witnesses who were in the Cabra Park area after 8pm last night.
The man has not yet been named.
