Tipperary name an unchanged side from the one that beat Limerick for Sunday's Munster hurling semi-final against Waterford.
Full-back Philip Maher is named in the team despite suffering a knee injury in a club match last weekend. He is responding well to treatment and will be given every chance to prove his fitness.
Colin Morrissey who had to retire injured in the opening minutes against Limerick resumes his place at midfield.
