Rugby:Soane Tonga'uiha is to stay at Northampton Saints after the club reached an agreement with Saracens.
Tonga'uiha had initially agreed to join Sarries in January but then pulled out of the move, saying he wanted to stay with Saints after all.
His u-turn infuriated Saracens, who claimed they had a legally-binding agreement with the player.
Premier Rugby set up a panel to rule on the argument but that is no longer necessary after the two clubs reached an agreement.
A joint statement from the clubs, issued today, read: "Following the agreement signed between Soane Tonga'uiha and Saracens in January and the player's subsequent request to remain at Northampton Saints, the two clubs are delighted to announce they have reached an amicable agreement which allows the player to remain at Northampton.
"The panel set up by Premier Rugby will not now take place.
"Both clubs have agreed to make no further comment."
