Traffic restrictions will be in place at Lower Ormond Quay, O'Connell Bridge, O'Connell Street and Middle and Lower Abbey Street, Dublin, from 12.15 p.m. today for about half-an-hour for the ceremonial start of the FBD Milk Ras. No DART service will operate between Dun Laoghaire and Bray today because of engineering work and there will be a limited shuttle service.
