Tribunals to cost less

The Estimate for the Department of the Taoiseach includes £5.73 million for the Moriarty (Payments to Politicians) Tribunal, which is expected to end this year. The provision for 2000 was £8 million. A provision of £1 million is made for the McCracken (Dunnes Payments) Tribunal, which ended in 1997. A similar provision was made for 2000.
