Ankara - The trusty kebab may soon have to make way for potato and chips as Turkey ponders on how to use two million tonnes of surplus potatoes.
After the agriculture ministry warned about the overproduction problem earlier in the week, Turkish entrepreneurs have been busy inventing new dishes and desserts using potatoes.
