THE ACTOR and television star Twink has sorted out her financial affairs with the Bank of Scotland in relation to her family home, a court heard yesterday.
Adele Condron King had been named with her former husband David Agnew in a motion by the bank seeking to repossess the home at Idrone House, Idrone Avenue, Knocklyon, Dublin.
The application was listed last month before county registrar Susan Ryan when Anne Lawlor, for Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited, had sought an adjournment.
She told the court that matters had been progressing between the parties and that statements of income and expenditure were being prepared to facilitate negotiations and assessment by the bank.
Ms Lawlor told the registrar that the bank’s motion to repossess the property could be struck out with no further order from the court.
