Two injured in Tallaght shooting

Gardaí are investigating a shooting in Tallaght, Co Dublin, last night.

Gardaí are investigating a shooting in Tallaght, Co Dublin, last night.

Two men in their 30s presented themselves in Tallaght Garda station at around 8pm, reporting they had been shot. They had suffered arm injuries and were taken to Tallaght hospital. The men's injuries are not thought to be serious.

It is believed a gunman approached the victims, who were in a car, on foot and fired into the vehicle in Fernwood Avenue, Tallaght.

No arrests have been made.
