Two men held up staff at the Liffey Valley Hotel in Leixlip, Co Kildare and stole a large amount of cash at about 2 a.m. today.
The men, who were armed with a sawn-off shot-gun and a knife, escaped in a car. Gardai said no one was injured during the robbery.
