Two people are in hospital following separate paramilitary style attacks in the north.

Two people are in hospital following separate paramilitary style attacks in the north.

A 17-year-old boy is being treated for gunshot wounds to his legs after being attacked in Mount Vernon park in Belfast at around 10 p.m. last night.

In an earlier incident a 22-year-old man was shot in the leg. He was found by the RUC in an alley off Roden Street in Belfast shortly after 9 p.m. last night.
