Police in England have charged two teenagers with the murder and neglect of a three-month-old baby.
West Midlands Police said a 17-year-old youth and a girl aged 16 would appear before Dudley Magistrates Court on Monday jointly accused of killing baby Heather Homer.
The little girl's body was found at an address in Norwood Road, Brierley Hill, on Tuesday.
The teenagers will remain in police custody until their court appearance, a police spokesman added.
