A 31-year-old man who died after being swept out to sea off the Causeway coast in Northern Ireland was named tonight.
Adam Pollock, from Ballymena Road, Ballymoney, Co Antrim, had been diving off rocks into the sea near Dunluce with two friends when they got into difficulty yesterday afternoon.
A major air and sea rescue operation was launched involving the Belfast coastguard, lifeboat crews in Ballycastle and Portrush and a helicopter from Prestwick.
A girl raised the alarm from the shore.
