Derby winners Grey Swallow and Blue Canari were today added to the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe field at a cost of €60,000 each.
They were the only two horses supplemented for Sunday's feature at Longchamp for which 21 horses are now left in.
The Dermot Weld-trained Grey Swallow won the Budweiser Irish Derby in June while Blue Canari's finest hour came in the French equivalent, the Prix du Jockey-Club.
Their presence means that all three major European Derby winners are on course for the all-aged Group One contest. Vodafone Derby hero North Light is the ante post favourite.
