A woman in her seventies has died following a fire at a house in Bray, Co Wicklow, last night.
The fire started at the house on Waverly Terrace at about 1.20am.
Two other people, a man and a woman in their eighties, escaped unharmed but were taken to Loughlinstown Hospital as a precaution.
Gardaí said the fire is not being treated as suspicious but that a technical examination will take place at the scene today to determine the cause of the fire.
