A woman was last night killed in a two-car collision in Co Tyrone. Police said a number of people have been taken to hospital following the accident on the A29, the main Dungannon to Cookstown road.
The victim was a passenger in one of the cars when the incident happened shortly after 5pm.
A PSNI spokesman said officers were anxious to trace the drivers or occupants of any white vans travelling towards Cookstown at the time.
None of those taken to hospital are thought to have life threatening conditions.
