A woman was killed this morning in a road accident in Co Tipperary.
The 23-year-old woman was the passenger in a car which a Garda spokesman said went off the road near Carrick-on-Suir at around 1.20 am.
She was taken to St Joseph’s Hospital, Clonmel, where she was pronounced dead.
The driver of the car was uninjured.
