Footage of light plane crashing into Ferris wheel released

The Supreme Court of New South Wales has released eyewitness footage of a light plane crashing into a ferris wheel in 2011. Amber Christine Arndell, the girl who shot the video, is suing the pilot and local council for psychological distress.
