US congressman suggests altering orbit of the moon to fight climate change

Texas Republican congressman Louie Gohmert has asked Jennifer Eberlien, an official of the US National Forest System, if it is possible to alter the moon's orbit to fight climate change during a hearing of the House Natural Resource Committee.
