A man (21) has died in when the car he was driving hit a wall in Co Cork early this morning.
The crash happened at Carr’s Hill, Carrigaline on the N28 road to Douglas road at approximately 2.50am.
A passenger in the car, also aged 21, was taken to Cork University Hospital. His condition is not believed to be life threatening.
The road is currently closed and diversions are in place pending an examination by Garda forensic collision investigators.
