The headline, "Article referred to gardai", on yesterday's front-page digest entry concerning the Flood tribunal was incorrect. Mr Justice Flood did not refer the article, by Irish Times journalist Paul Cullen, to the Garda. As the full article inside made clear, the chairman said he was not satisfied he had sufficient information on which to make a complaint to gardai. He said he would provide relevant transcripts to the Garda for them to consider whether an investigation was warranted.
