Sir, – Two transfers of money were made from my old bank to my new. The standard length of time for such transfers is one to three days.
One arrived in my new bank the next day. The other went missing for two weeks.
Is the technology so errant that a money transfer between banks can really disappear without trace or do banks think senior citizens will believe anything?
Because banks no longer accept phone calls, because I received no communication from my new bank about the missing money, it took three visits to make the money reappear. – Yours, etc,
