Grade inflation

Sir, – I note that this year’s Leaving Cert results were inflated in order to match those of last year (News, September 2nd). In this regard, I was wondering if someone could have a look at my results from 1979 as they don’t compare well with last year’s inflated results. I think they need to be adjusted upwards.
