A chara, – Reading Neil Phelan’s take on the future of cybersecurity, I am compelled to point out that people remain the primary security flaw (“Why cybersecurity won’t be such a major concern in two years’ time”, Business, Opinion, September 12th). No technology or company policy can prevent a user downloading a phishing attachment, and stupidity is not reduced by technological advancement. – Yours, etc,
